Senior Subordinated Bridge Loans definition

Senior Subordinated Bridge Loans means up to $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior subordinated unsecured increasing rate term loans made available to the Borrower under the Senior Subordinated Bridge Loan Agreement.
Senior Subordinated Bridge Loans means the Bridge Loans incurred by the Borrower pursuant to, and as defined in, the Senior Subordinated Credit Agreement.
Senior Subordinated Bridge Loans as defined in the recitals hereto.
