Senior Management Representative means an executive officer of each Party designated to facilitate the resolution of disputes hereunder, as described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Senior Management Representative means a senior management representative of each Party. SWIS Retailer means an electricity retailer licenced under the Electricity Industry Act to sell electricity in Western Australia and which is party to an electricity supply agreement with the Microgrid Operator under which it supplies electricity to the Microgrid Operator at the Western Power Connection Point;

Senior Management Representative means the individual appointed by each of the Core Group members as set forth in the Project Roster.

• Where the employee does not elect to have the matter referred to a Review Committee the Vice-Chancellor or Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor will consider the recommendation of the Senior Management Representative and advise the employee in writing of any decision, such decision to take effect no earlier than 5 working days from the date of the Vice-Chancellor’s letter.

• If the Managing Committee is unable to resolve the dispute, notwithstanding the exercise of good faith efforts, within thirty (30) days after such meeting, then, unless otherwise agreed by the Alliance Coordinators, the matter shall thereafter formally be referred to a Senior Management Representative of each of the Parties, the initial designations of which are set forth in Schedule A.

• Specialist Team’s shall be established under this Agreement, and consist of at least the following membership:- * Senior Management Representative * Work Area Supervisor Representative * Relevant Union Representative * Staff Team Representative Any proposed major changes in work practices or organisation structure are to be referred to a relevant Specialist Team, at least 8 weeks in advance for deliberation.
