Related to Senior Leverage Applicable Base Rate Margin

  • Applicable Base Rate Margin means, on any day, a rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Applicable Eurocurrency Margin for such day minus 1.00% and (b) 0.00%.

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Prime Rate Margin is set forth on Schedule I hereto.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.

  • Applicable Margin means:

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • Free Margin means the amount of funds available in the Client Account, which may be used to open a position or maintain an Open Position. Free Margin shall be calculated as follows: Free margin = Equity - Used Margin.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
