Senior Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Senior Borrowing Base Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 5(g).
Senior Borrowing Base Certificate. The meaning specified in the Master Collateral and Intercreditor Agreement.
Senior Borrowing Base Certificate means a "Borrowing Base Certificate" under and as defined in the Senior Credit Facility Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
