Second Trigger Ratings Event definition

Second Trigger Ratings Event means, with respect to a Relevant Rating Agency, that no Relevant Entity has credit ratings from such Relevant Rating Agency at least equal to the Second Trigger Ratings Threshold with respect to such Relevant Rating Agency.

Examples of Second Trigger Ratings Event in a sentence

  • If (A) it is not the case that a ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Second Trigger Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 30 or more Local Business Days and (B) Party A has failed to comply with or perform any obligation to be complied with or performed by Party A in accordance with the Credit Support Annex, then an Additional Termination Event shall have occurred with respect to Party A and Party A shall be the sole Affected Party with respect to such Additional Termination Event.

  • If (A) it is not the case that a M▇▇▇▇’▇ Second Trigger Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 30 or more Local Business Days and (B) Party A has failed to comply with or perform any obligation to be complied with or performed by Party A in accordance with the Credit Support Annex, then an Additional Termination Event shall have occurred with respect to Party A and Party A shall be the sole Affected Party with respect to such Additional Termination Event.

  • If (A) it is not the case that a Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 30 or more Local Business Days and (B) Party A has failed to comply with or perform any obligation to be complied with or performed by Party A in accordance with the Credit Support Annex, then an Additional Termination Event shall have occurred with respect to Party A and Party A shall be the sole Affected Party with respect to such Additional Termination Event.

  • If (A) it is not the case that a Moody's Second Trigger Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 30 or more Local Business Days and (B) Party A has failed to comply with or perform any obligation to be complied with or performed by Party A in accordance with the Credit Support Annex, then an Additional Termination Event shall have occurred with respect to Party A and Party A shall be the sole Affected Party with respect to such Additional Termination Event.

  • In the event that a Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Event occurs and is continuing, Party A shall, as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, at its own expense and using commercially reasonable efforts, either (i) procure a Permitted Transfer or (ii) obtain an Eligible Guarantee.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Paragraph 7, any failure by Party A to comply with or perform any obligation to be complied with or performed by Party A under the Credit Support Annex shall only be an Event of Default if (i) a ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Second Trigger Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 30 or more Local Business Days or (ii) an S&P Required Ratings Event has occurred and been continuing for 10 or more Local Business Days.
