Bidder’s Relevant Entity, members, employees and professional advisors shall not be entitled to, either in whole or in part; copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise make available to any other party the Confidential Information without the prior written consent of the cidb.
The Confidential Information provided by the cidb may be made available to a Bidder’s Relevant Entity, members, employees and professional advisors who are directly involved in the appraisal of such information (who must be made aware of the obligation of confidentiality).

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Executive shall promptly return to the Company any and all properties, records or papers of any Relevant Entity, that may have been in his possession at the time of termination, whether prepared by the Executive or others, including, but not limited to, confidential information and keys.
