Scripps Family Agreement definition

Scripps Family Agreement means the family agreement dated October 15, 1992, as amended, entered into by and among The X.X. Xxxxxxx Company, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. and the descendants of Xxxxxx X. Scripps or certain trusts established by or for the benefit of one or more descendants of Xxxxxx X. Scripps.
