Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.
CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.
Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.

Go-Live means to commence the actual productive use of the Software in a Production Environment (as opposed to use of the Software in a Non-Production Environment such as a training, testing or development environment).
Masterworks Investor refers to an affiliate of Masterworks that has raised capital from unaffiliated third party investors to invest the proceeds in a diversified collection of artwork and which acquires Class A Ordinary Shares as part of such investment strategy.
CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.
TWC means The Willxxxx Xxxpanies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.
SCC means the Special Conditions of Contract.
CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;
Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.
SHC means Sears Holdings Corporation.
The Owner/Company/BPCL means the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, incorporated in India having its registered office at 4 & 6, Currimbhoy Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 or their successors or assigns
BPSAA means the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010 and regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
Model 4 seller means a seller that is registered under the agreement and is not a model 1 seller, model 2 seller, or model 3 seller.
Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.
CDSX means the settlement and clearing system of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. for equity and debt securities in Canada;
APCEC means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.
NCAA means the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and its successor. SoftBank means SoftBank Group Corp., a Japanese kabushiki kaisha.
Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
NYS Vendor ID shall refer to the ten-character identifier issued by New York State when a vendor is registered on the Vendor File.
SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
