ScanPoint Client Software definition

ScanPoint Client Software means the ScanPoint QuickPrint (QP) application, Win32 Service and device drivers used in conjunction with the Client’s web browser software to receive and transmit data generated from the Scanner.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
