SBS Common Stock definition

SBS Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of SBS.
SBS Common Stock means the common stock of SBS, $0.01 par value per share. "SBS Company(ies)" shall mean SBS and all of its Subsidiaries, whether direct or indirect.
