Saddlemount combination definition

Saddlemount combination means a combination of vehi- cles in which a truck or truck−tractor tows one or more trucks or truck−tractors, each connected by a saddle to the vehicle in front of it.
Saddlemount combination means a power unit towing up to three other power vehicles, each connected to the preceding vehicle by a saddle;
Saddlemount combination means a combination of vehicles in which a truck or LADEN OR UNLADEN truck tractor tows one or more additional trucks or LADEN OR UNLADEN truck tractors and in which each such towed truck or LADEN OR UNLADEN

Related to Saddlemount combination

  • UNE Combination means a combination of two (2) or more Unbundled Network Elements that were or were not previously combined or connected in CenturyLink's network, as required by the FCC, the Commission or this Agreement.

  • Business Combination means any merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses, involving the Company.

  • Loan Combination shall include any successor REO Mortgage Loan and the related successor REO Companion Loan(s) (or the related deemed Companion Loan(s), if applicable)). The only Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are identified in the Loan Combination Table.

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement. The only Serviced Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are the Loan Combinations as to which “Serviced” is set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Servicing Type,” together with any Servicing Shift Loan Combinations. A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Business Combination Date means the date upon which a Business Combination is consummated.
