Recapitalization Event definition

Recapitalization Event means any event of share combination or subdivision, distribution of bonus shares or any other similar reclassification, reorganization or recapitalization of the Company’s share where the shareholders retain their proportionate holdings in the Company.
Recapitalization Event means any stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations, reclassifications, and similar events.
Recapitalization Event means a transaction or event described in Section 4.05(a)(iv).

  • The amounts to be paid or set aside for payment as provided above in this Section 5 shall be proportionately increased or decreased in inverse relation to the change in the number of outstanding shares resulting from any Series A Recapitalization Event.
