R&W Insurance Binder definition

R&W Insurance Binder means the binder agreement for the R&W Insurance Policy, dated and effective as of the date hereof, a copy of which with the draft of the R&W Insurance Policy is attached hereto as Exhibit D.

R&W Insurance Binder means the agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, by and between Parent and Ethos Specialty Insurance Services, LLC, pursuant to which the R&W Insurance Policy is bound.
R&W Insurance Binder means the Representation and Warranties Buyer-Side Insurance Policy and related documents, dated as of the date hereof, issued to Buyer by National Fire & Marine Insurance Company, pursuant to which the R&W Insurance Policy is bound.
