Royalty Bearing Manufacturing Products means a product containing one or more AAV Vectors manufactured or sold by or for Buyer, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, as applicable, which product, or its manufacture, sale or use, is Covered by a Valid Claim of a Manufacturing Patent Right anywhere in the world, even if such product is not covered by a Valid Claim in the country of manufacture, sale or use at the time of manufacture, use or sale.
