RFICA definition

RFICA means the Incentive Compensation Agreement dated as of January 12, 1998, between APE and Ronald L. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇ effect on the date hereof and as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the termination thereof pursuant to Section 6.8. "S. Block" has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to this Agreement.
