Revolving Credit Facility Fee definition

Revolving Credit Facility Fee means the facility fee payable to Agent for distribution to the Banks pursuant to Section 2.13, hereof.
Revolving Credit Facility Fee means the fee payable to the Agent for distribution to the Revolving Credit Lenders in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.

  • The Revolving Credit Facility Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears commencing October 1, 2019 (in respect of the prior calendar quarter or portion thereof), and on the first day of each calendar quarter thereafter and on the Revolving Credit Maturity Date, and shall be computed on the basis of a year of three hundred sixty (360) days and assessed for the actual number of days elapsed.

The Facility Fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the “Facility Fee” component of the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the “Facility Fee” component of the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such “Facility Fee” component of the Applicable Rate was in effect.
