Availability Period. The line of credit is available between the date of this Agreement and December 8,2012, or such earlier date as the availability may terminate as provided in this Agreement (the “Facility No. 1 Expiration Date”).

3. The term of each individual Loan means the period commencing from the date of the drawing of such individual Loan and ending on the maturity date of such Loan as provided for under this Contract.
Availability Period. The Availability Period shall not have terminated, nor shall it have terminated immediately after giving effect to such Advance.
