Revised Constitution definition

Revised Constitution means the constitution of Avadel to be in effect as of the Effective Date, substantially in the form of Appendix 15 hereto;
Revised Constitution means the Constitution adopted by the members at the extra ordinary general meeting of the Company held on 24 September 2019.
Revised Constitution means the constitution adopted by the Members at the 2017 AGM of the Company.
