Revenue Share Commission is a percentage of the Net Gaming Revenue.
Revenue Share Commission and "Placement Program Commission" are referred to herein sometimes collectively as the "Commissions.") However, Representative may be entitled to draws against some of the Commissions according to the terms, conditions and schedules set forth in Exhibit "D," a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Ceding Commission shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.2.
