Revenue-Producing Property definition

Revenue-Producing Property means an identifiable improved real estate property that contains one or more completed Life Sciences Buildings which produces revenue to a Borrower or its Subsidiary.
Revenue-Producing Property means an identifiable improved Real Property that is used principally for office, laboratory, research, health sciences, technology, manufacturing or warehouse purposes and related real property (and appurtenant amenities), or for such other revenue-producing purposes as the Required Lenders may approve.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

Such products range from solid wood to those where the manufacturing processes obscure the wood element (e.g. paper).
