Revenue-Producing Property definition

Revenue-Producing Property means an identifiable improved Real Property that is used principally for office, laboratory, research, health sciences, technology, manufacturing or warehouse purposes and related real property (and appurtenant amenities), or for such other revenue-producing purposes as the Required Lenders may approve.
Revenue-Producing Property means an identifiable improved real estate property that contains one or more completed Life Sciences Buildings which produces revenue to a Borrower or its Subsidiary.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

For the avoidance of doubt, the “Subject Interests” do not include: (i) Assignor’s interests in the Excluded Assets; (ii) Assignor’s rights to substances other than Minerals; (iii) Assignor’s rights to Minerals (other than Assignee Minerals) under contracts for the purchase, sale, transportation, storage, processing or other handling or disposition of Minerals; (iv) Assignor’s interests in, or rights to Minerals (other than Assignee Minerals) held in pipelines, gathering systems, storage facilities, processing facilities or other equipment or facilities; or (v) any additional or enlarged interests in the Xxxxx, Subject Lands or Subject Minerals acquired by Assignor after the Closing Time, except (1) as may result from the operation of the terms of the instruments creating the Subject Interests, or (2) as may be reflected in extensions and renewals covered by the preceding sentence.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Production Burdens means, with respect to any Subject Lands, Subject Interests or Subject Minerals, all royalty interests, overriding royalty interests, production payments, net profits interests and other similar interests that constitute a burden on, are measured by, or are payable out of the production of Minerals or the proceeds realized from the sale or other disposition thereof.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Timber and wood-derived products means any product that contains wood or wood fibre, with the exception of "recycled" materials (see below). Such products range from solid wood to those where the manufacturing processes obscure the wood element (e.g. paper). Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that have been recycled or reclaimed are referred to as "recycled" timber, which is defined below. Timber and wood-derived products supplied or used in performance of the Contract that are not recycled are referred to as "virgin" timber when the distinction needs to be made for clarity. Short-rotation coppice is exempt from the requirements for timber and wood-derived products and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry.

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.

  • Economic Development Property means those items of real and tangible personal property of the Project which are eligible for inclusion as economic development property under the FILOT Act and this Fee Agreement, and selected and identified by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its annual filing of a SCDOR PT-300S or comparable form with the Department (as such filing may be amended from time to time) for each year within the Investment Period.
