Retirement Income Trust Fund definition

Retirement Income Trust Fund means the trust fund account established by the Director and into which annual Contributions will be made by the Bank on behalf of the Director pursuant to Subsection 2.1. The contractual rights of the Bank and the Director with respect to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall be outlined in a separate writing to be known as the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Grantor Trust agreement.

  • Should Retirement Income Trust Fund assets actually earn a rate of return, following the date such balance is annuitized, which is less than the rate of return used to annuitize the Retirement Income Trust Fund, no additional contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund shall be required by the Bank in order to fund the final benefit payment(s) and make up for any shortage attributable to the less-than-expected rate of return.

  • If a lump sum payment is requested by the Beneficiary, payment of the balance of the Retirement Income Trust Fund in such lump sum form shall be made only if the Director's Beneficiary notifies both the Administrator and trustee in writing of such election within ninety (90) days of the Director's death.

  • All benefits other than those available from previous Contributions to the Retirement Income Trust Fund under this Agreement shall be forfeited, and this Agreement shall become null and void.

  • The annual Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) required to be made by the Bank to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (or recorded by the Bank in the Accrued Benefit Account) have been actuarially determined and are set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • The Bank shall have no obligation to set aside, earmark or entrust any fund or money with which to pay its obligations under this Agreement, other than those Contributions required to be made to the Retirement Income Trust Fund.

  • Should Retirement Income Trust Fund assets actually earn a rate of return, following the date such balance is annuitized, which is greater than the rate of return used to annuitize the Retirement Income Trust Fund, the final benefit payment to the Executive (or his Beneficiary) shall distribute the excess amounts attributable to the greater-than-expected rate of return.

  • The Director may at anytime during the Payout Period request to receive the unpaid balance of his Retirement Income Trust Fund in a lump sum payment.

  • Should Retirement Income Trust Fund assets actually earn a rate of return, following the date such balance is annuitized, which is greater than the rate of return used to annuitize the Retirement Income Trust Fund, the final benefit payment to the Director (or his Beneficiary) shall distribute the excess amounts attributable to the greater-than-expected rate of return.

  • If such a lump sum payment is requested by the Director, payment of the balance of the Retirement Income Trust Fund in such lump sum form shall be made only if the Director gives notice to both the Administrator and trustee in writing.

  • Contributions shall be made by the Bank to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (i) within seventy-five (75) days of establishment of such trust, and (ii) within the first thirty (30) days of the beginning of each subsequent Plan Year, unless this Section expressly provides otherwise.

  • Investment Income means dividends, capital gains, or interest in- come generated from:

  • Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit means an annual amount (before taking into account federal and state income taxes), payable in monthly installments throughout the Payout Period. Such benefit is projected pursuant to the Agreement for the purpose of determining the Contributions to be made to the Retirement Income Trust Fund (or Phantom Contributions to be recorded in the Accrued Benefit Account). The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Trust Income has the meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Foreign Employee Benefit Plan means any employee benefit plan as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA which is maintained or contributed to for the benefit of the employees of the Company, any of its respective Subsidiaries or any members of its Controlled Group and is not covered by ERISA pursuant to ERISA Section 4(b)(4).

  • the Contributions and Benefits Act means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992;

  • Pension Benefit Plan means at any time any employee pension benefit plan (including a Multiple Employer Plan, but not a Multiemployer Plan) which is covered by Title IV of ERISA or is subject to the minimum funding standards under Section 412 of the Code and either (i) is maintained by any member of the Controlled Group for employees of any member of the Controlled Group; or (ii) has at any time within the preceding five years been maintained by any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group for employees of any entity which was at such time a member of the Controlled Group.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in value in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control.

  • Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income means interest income, dividend income and any other income (including any other fees, other than fees for providing managerial assistance, such as commitment, origination, structuring, diligence and consulting fees or other fees that the Corporation receives from portfolio companies) accrued during the calendar quarter, minus the Corporation’s operating expenses for the quarter (including the Base Management Fee, expenses reimbursed to the Adviser under this Agreement and any interest expense and dividends paid on any issued and outstanding preferred stock, but excluding the Incentive Fee). Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income includes, in the case of investments with a deferred interest feature (such as original issue discount debt instruments with payment-in-kind interest and zero coupon securities), accrued income that the Corporation has not yet received in cash. Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income does not include any realized capital gains, realized capital losses or unrealized capital appreciation or depreciation.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Administrative Code means the San Francisco Administrative Code.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.

  • Health Savings Account means an account as permitted under section 223 of the internal revenue code of 1986, 26 USC 223.

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • Company Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to (or required to be contributed to) by any of the Group Companies or under or with respect to which any of the Group Companies has any Liability.
