Restatement Required Lenders definition

Restatement Required Lenders means those Lenders constituting the "Required Lenders" under the Original Credit Agreement.
Restatement Required Lenders means (a) the Required Lenders, (b) each PF Lender and (c) each Term Lender. This Agreement may not be amended nor may any provision hereof be waived except pursuant to a writing signed by each of the parties hereto.

  • Requisite Term Loan Lenders shall in no event mean less than two Term Loan Lenders.

  • Requisite Revolving Lenders means Lenders having (a) more than 50% of the Revolving Loan Commitments of all Lenders, or (b) if the Revolving Loan Commitments have been terminated, more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding amount of the Revolving Loan.

  • Required Effective Date means the relevant Initial Required Effective Date or Increased Required Effective Date (as those terms are defined below).
