The appointment of any successor Collateral Agent pursuant to this Section 11.05(c) shall be subject to the prior written consent of the Borrower (provided that no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing) and the Required Lenders.
During the existence and continuance of an Event of Default arising pursuant to clause (a), clause (b), clause (c) or clause (i) of Section 6.01, at the election of the Administrative Agent or Required Lenders (or, following the occurrence of an Event of Default under clause (i) of Section 6.01, automatically), all Obligations shall bear interest at the Default Rate until rescinded by the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders.
In addition, whenever a waiver, amendment or modification requires the consent of a Lender “affected” thereby, such waiver, amendment or modification shall, upon consent of such Lender, become effective as to such Lender whether or not it becomes effective as to any other Lender, so long as the Required Lenders consent to such waiver, amendment or modification as provided above.

Notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and the Administrative Agent, at the request of the Required Lenders, so notifies the Borrower, then, so long as an Event of Default is continuing no outstanding Term Benchmark Borrowing or RFR Borrowing denominated in a Foreign Currency may have an Interest Period of more than one (1) month’s duration.
