Required Service Level definition

Required Service Level has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).
Required Service Level shall have the meaning given to it in column 2 of the table in Appendix 1 of Part A of this Schedule 11;
Required Service Level in respect of any Service in any period means the standard of performance referred to in clause 2.2 in the provision of that Service in the period in question;

  • In addition, during the period of any Service Level Violation, A&P may purchase from other sources Merchandise that is causing the Service Level to fall below the Required Service Level and any such purchases shall nonetheless be included as volume purchased under this Agreement.

  • Except for the remedy specifically set forth in Section A-2 with respect to any Company failure to provide the Required Service Level, Company will only be liable under this Agreement for damages caused by inaccurate Flood Zone Determination Information provided by Company and used by Client only for the Authorized Uses.

  • If during or prior to the * following the occurrence of a Service Level Default the applicable Required Service Level is achieved, then the Service Level Default shall be cured and new Measurement Periods shall begin.

  • If at any time during the term of this Agreement Company fails to provide the Required Service Level, Company shall have thirty (30) days after its receipt of written notice from Client of such failure to cure such failure.


More Definitions of Required Service Level

Required Service Level. Means the service level that GETECH are required to deliver under this agreement
Required Service Level. Delivery by date specified in Customer's order, provided a minimum of 6 business days is allowed for delivery from the date of Vendor's receipt of purchase order (date of receipt of order is first business day).

Related to Required Service Level

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.
