Required Class A Owners definition

Required Class A Owners means, at any time, Class A Owners having more than 66 2/3% of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Class A Owners.
Required Class A Owners means, at any time, Class A Purchasers having Percentage Interests aggregating at least 50.1%.
Required Class A Owners shall have the respective meanings specified in Section 1.1 of the Class A Certificate Purchase Agreement.
