Requested Commitment Increase definition

Requested Commitment Increase is defined in Section 2.2.
Requested Commitment Increase shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).
Requested Commitment Increase shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.9.

Examples of Requested Commitment Increase in a sentence

  • Each Borrower acknowledges that any Request for Advance, Notice of Conversion/Continuation, Notice of Requested Commitment Increase, Request for Issuance of Letter of Credit or other notice or request given by any Borrower (including the Administrative Borrower) to the Administrative Agent shall bind all Borrowers, and that any notice given by the Administrative Agent or any other member of the Lender Group to any Borrower shall be effective with respect to all Borrowers.

  • Each Notice of Requested Commitment Increase shall specify: (1) the amount of the proposed Commitment Increase and (2) the requested date of the proposed Commitment Increase (which shall be at least thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the Notice of Requested Commitment Increase).

  • Each Notice of Requested Commitment Increase shall be binding on all Borrowers.

  • Additional Commitment means any commitment hereunder added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).

  • Total Revolving Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain revolving credit loans to one or more Borrowers.

  • Total Revolving Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Revolving Commitments at such time.

  • Incremental Loan Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Tranche C Term Loan Commitment means, with respect to each Tranche C Term Loan Lender, the commitment of such Lender to make Tranche C Term Loans under the Tranche C Term Loan Incremental Facility Agreement.

  • Initial Revolving Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Person, the commitment of such Person to make Initial Revolving Loans (and acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans) hereunder as set forth on the Commitment Schedule, or in the Assignment Agreement pursuant to which such Person assumed its Initial Revolving Credit Commitment, as applicable, as the same may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.09 or 2.19, (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.05 or (c) increased pursuant to Section 2.22. The aggregate amount of the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments as of the Closing Date is $75,000,000.
