GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Report Date means the third Business Day before the related Distribution Date.
Form 8-K As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Current Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.
Form 10-K is defined in Section 7.1(b).
Quarterly Report has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.
Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.
Report means reports prepared by the Administrative Agent or another Person showing the results of appraisals, field examinations or audits pertaining to the assets of the Loan Parties from information furnished by or on behalf of the Borrowers, after the Administrative Agent has exercised its rights of inspection pursuant to this Agreement, which Reports may be distributed to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent.
Annual Report means any Annual Report provided by the Issuer pursuant to, and as described in, Sections 3 and 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.
CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Monthly Form 8-K As defined in Section 3.22(a).
Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12
Notice of assessment means a written notice by the division, based on a citation, that the employer must pay the amount of wages, penalties, or fines assessed.
Interim Report means a report identifying the contributions received and
NAIC Annual Statement is defined in Section 6.2(a).
Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Form 10-Q is defined in Section 7.1(a).
Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Weekly Report means a report, in form and substance mutually acceptable to the Seller and the Managing Agents (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Managing Agents on each Weekly Reporting Date pursuant to Section 7.5, reflecting information for the seven (7) day period ending on the day immediately preceding such Weekly Reporting Date.
Periodic Report means the Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q or annual report on Form 10-K, as applicable.
Form 10-D As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
