Replaced Aircraft definition

Replaced Aircraft has the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(b).

Examples of Replaced Aircraft in a sentence

  • The addition of one or more Replacement Aircraft to the Designated Pool intended to replace one or more Replaced Aircraft may occur at any time prior to or concurrently with the removal of the applicable Replaced Aircraft.

  • The Security Trustee shall promptly execute and deliver to the Issuer, at the Issuer’s expense, all documents that the Issuer shall reasonably request to evidence its release of the security interests in, and Liens on, the applicable Replaced Aircraft (and any other Aircraft Assets directly related to such Replaced Aircraft).

  • Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the preceding sentence with respect to any Replaced Aircraft, the Security Trustee’s security interest in, and Lien on, such Replaced Aircraft (and any other Aircraft Assets directly related to such Replaced Aircraft) shall be automatically released and such Replaced Aircraft shall be removed from the Designated Pool.

  • The Security Trustee shall promptly execute and deliver to the Issuer and the relevant Grantor, at the Issuer's expense, all documents, and take such actions, at the Issuer's expense, that the Issuer or the relevant Grantor shall reasonably request to evidence the Security Trustee's release of the security interests (including International Interests) in, and Liens on, the applicable Replaced Aircraft (and any other Aircraft Collateral directly related to such Replaced Aircraft).

  • Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the preceding sentence with respect to any Replaced Aircraft, the Security Trustee's security interest (including International Interest) in, and Lien on, such Replaced Aircraft (and any other Aircraft Collateral directly related to such Replaced Aircraft) shall be automatically released and such Replaced Aircraft shall be removed from the Designated Pool.

  • Lessor agrees that any Substitute Aircraft shall be in the same seat configuration and in the same or better interior condition as the Replaced Aircraft, and in the event that Lessee is not required to purchase Maintenance Services from Lessor pursuant to the terms of Exhibit E hereto, any Substitute Aircraft shall be in at least substantially the same condition, and with at least the same number of Flight Hours remaning to the next scheduled "C Check", as the Replaced Aircraft.

Related to Replaced Aircraft

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Replacement Airframe means an Airbus A321 aircraft or a comparable or improved model of Manufacturer (except (a) Engines or engines from time to time installed thereon and any and all Parts related to such Engine or engines and (b) Excluded Equipment), that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such aircraft.

  • Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Eligible Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • New Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

  • aircraft engines means aircraft engines (other than those used in military, customs or police services) powered by jet propulsion or turbine or piston technology and:

  • Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Airframe means the Aircraft excluding the Propulsion Systems.

  • Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.

  • airframes means airframes (other than those used in military, customs or police services) that, when appropriate aircraft engines are installed thereon, are type certified by the competent aviation authority to transport:

  • aircraft type means all aircraft of the same basic design including all modifications thereto except those modifications which result in a change in handling or flight characteristics;

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Landing Gear means the installed main and nose landing gear, components and their associated actuators, side braces and parts.
