Reorganized Legacy Reserves definition

Reorganized Legacy Reserves means Legacy Reserves, or any successor or assign, by merger, consolidation, or otherwise, on or after the Effective Date.
Reorganized Legacy Reserves has the meaning assigned thereto in the Restructuring Term Sheet.
