Reorganized DMW definition

Reorganized DMW means reorganized DMW or any successors thereto by merger, consolidation, conversion or otherwise, on or after the Effective Date, after giving effect to the transactions occurring on the Effective Date in accordance with the Plan.

  • Reorganized Debtors means the Debtors on and after the Effective Date.

  • Plan Distribution means a payment or distribution to Holders of Allowed Claims, Allowed Interests, or other eligible Entities under and in accordance with the Plan.
