Remote Transaction definition

Remote Transaction means a Covered Transaction that is carried out by methods other than in person at a Local MassHealth Office, including without limitation, those carried out by telephone, facsimile, mail, electronic means, or the Internet.
Remote Transaction means any Covered Transaction that is conducted other than in-person at an Agency, including, but not limited to, through the internet, telephone, mail, fax, or any other remote means or process through which an individual interacts with an Agency.
