Remaining Undeveloped Strips means small strips of unleased land located between individual lots in the Remaining Leased Tract and small parcels of land between the Remaining Leased Tract and Roads that the Authority determines in its sole discretion to include in a sale of all or any portion of the Remaining Leased Tract.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Developed Land means non-vacant land that is likely to be redeveloped during the planning period.

  • Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.

  • Designated Assets means any property or assets (including Capital Stock of any Subsidiary) of Holdings, the Restricted Parent, the Issuer and their respective Restricted Subsidiaries constituting a business, a line or unit of a business or used in operating a business substantially as an entirety.

  • Assets Under Development means any real property under construction other than Redevelopment Assets.

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Admitted assets means the amount thereof as of the last day of the most recently concluded annual statement year, computed in accordance with rule 191—5.6(505,515,520).

  • Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited, or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.

  • Lots Under Development means all Land Held for Development with respect to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor has obtained all necessary approvals for its subdivision for residential housing units (including condominium units), and which the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor is actively developing into Finished Lots; provided, however, that the term “Lots Under Development” shall not include any land upon which the construction of a residential housing unit has commenced.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Economic Development Property means those items of real and tangible personal property of the Project which are eligible for inclusion as economic development property under the FILOT Act and this Fee Agreement, and selected and identified by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its annual filing of a SCDOR PT-300S or comparable form with the Department (as such filing may be amended from time to time) for each year within the Investment Period.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas. Global warming potential values shall be determined consistent with the definition of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent in MRR section 95102(a).

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • High Water Mark means the line on the interior surface of the primary and secondary cells which is normally reached when the cell is at the maximum allowable liquid level or the line of the exterior of the perimeter dykes which is reached during local flooding;

  • Developed exclusively at private expense means development was accomplished entirely with costs charged to indirect cost pools, costs not allocated to a government contract, or any combination thereof.

  • Entitled Land means parcels of land owned by the Borrower or any Guarantor which are zoned for the construction of single-family dwellings, whether detached or attached (excluding mobile homes); provided, however, that the term “Entitled Land” shall not include Land under Development, Finished Lots or any real property upon which the construction of Housing Units has commenced (as described in the definition of “Housing Unit”).

  • Participating Property means Development.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
