International Agreement. The Government will proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact and the PIA to enter into force. The Parties understand that this Compact and the PIA, upon entry into force, will prevail over the domestic laws of Liberia. The Parties further understand that, consistent with Liberian law, prior to the Government sending the letter described in Section 7.3, this Compact and the PIA is to be submitted to and approved by the Legislature of Liberia.
