Related Mergers definition

Related Mergers shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Related Mergers means, collectively, the merger of (i) S. Byrl Ross Enterprises, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, with and into an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (the “SB Ross Merger”) and (ii) Tres Investment Company, a West Virginia corporation, with and into an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (the “Tres Merger”), followed in each case by the merger of the respective surviving corporations with and into respective limited liability companies which are each an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
Related Mergers means, collectively, the merger of (i) S. Xxxx Xxxx Enterprises, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, with and into an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (the “XX Xxxx Merger”) and (ii) Tres Investment Company, a West Virginia corporation, with and into an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (the “Tres Merger”), followed in each case by the merger of the respective surviving corporations with and into respective limited liability companies which are each an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
