Surviving Corporations definition

Surviving Corporations has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) below.
Surviving Corporations means the AT&T Broadband Surviving Corporation and the Comcast Surviving Corporation.
Surviving Corporations means each of the COMPANIES as the surviving parties in the Mergers.

Surviving Corporations has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
