Related Commercial Paper Issuer definition

Related Commercial Paper Issuer means a multi-seller commercial paper conduit that issues Commercial Paper the proceeds of which are loaned to a Conduit Lender as the source of funding the acquisition or maintenance of its Principal Obligation hereunder.

  • Commercial Paper means promissory notes of any Conduit issued by such Conduit in the commercial paper market.

  • Commercial Paper Notes means any short-term promissory notes issued by or on behalf of a Conduit Lender with respect to financing any Loan hereunder.

  • Commercial Paper Rate means: (1) the

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;

  • Approved Commercial Bank means a commercial bank with a consolidated combined capital and surplus of at least $5,000,000,000.

  • DBRS Morningstar means DBRS, Inc., and its successors in interest.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.

  • Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Fitch and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from Fitch for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “Fitch Rating”).

  • Eligible Investment Required Ratings A long-term debt rating of at least “A+” by S&P or a long-term debt rating of at least “A” by S&P and a short-term debt rating of at least “A-1” by S&P.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Collateral Manager The meaning specified in the Preamble.

  • Designated Rating means, for a security or instrument, a rating issued by a designated rating organization, or its DRO affiliate, that is at or above one of the following rating categories, or that is at or above a category that replaces one of the following rating categories, if

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Treasury Management Obligations means obligations under any agreement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services. Treasury Management Obligations shall not constitute Indebtedness.

  • Securitization Date means the effective date on which the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof is consummated.

  • Treasury Management Bank means (a) any Person that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time that it becomes a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party and (b) any Lender on the Restatement Date or Affiliate of such Lender that is a party to a Treasury Management Agreement with any Loan Party in existence on the Restatement Date.
