REIT Properties definition

REIT Properties means any property or assets owned by the Initial General Partner directly or by any of the Wholly-Owned Trusts, excluding the Initial General Partner’s interests in the Wholly-Owned Trusts, the Wholly-Owned Trusts’ interests in the Partnership and any property or assets owned by the Partnership.
REIT Properties means any property or assets owned by TFOC Inc. directly or by any of the Wholly-Owned Trusts, excluding TFOC Inc.’s interests in the Partnership, TFOC Inc.’s interests in the Wholly-Owned Trusts, the Wholly-Owned Trusts’ interests in the Partnership and any property or assets owned by the Partnership.
REIT Properties means any property or assets owned by the Initial General Partner directly or by any of the Wholly-Owned Trusts, excluding the Initial General Partner's interests in the Wholly-Owned Trusts, the Wholly-Owned Trusts' interests in the Partnership and any property or assets owned by the Partnership.
