Reinstatement Date means the date from which a policy will be reinstated after cancellation.
Reinstatement means the process as outlined in 645—11.31(272C) by which a licensee who has had a license suspended or revoked or who has voluntarily surrendered a license may apply to have the license reinstated, with or without conditions. Once the license is reinstated, the licensee may apply for active status.
Non-Reinstatement Deadline has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).
Reinstate means reinstate, reinstated, or reinstatement with respect to Claims and Interests, that the Claim or Interest shall be rendered Unimpaired in accordance with section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code. “Reinstated” and “Reinstatement” shall have correlative meanings.
Effective Date of Coverage means the date of commencement of Coverage in respect of a Life Insured under the Policy pursuant to the provision on Commencement of Coverage.
Reinstated or “Reinstatement” means, with respect to Claims and Interests, the treatment provided for in section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Revolver Termination Date means the date that is the three (3) year anniversary of the Effective Date, unless extended with the consent of each Lender in its sole and absolute discretion.
Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (i) as to the REVOLVING NOTES, November 1, 2012, as to the TERM NOTES, October 31, 2016, (ii) the date the OBLIGATIONS are accelerated pursuant to this AGREEMENT, and (iii) the date ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT has received (a) notice in writing from BORROWER of BORROWER’s election to terminate this AGREEMENT and (b) indefeasible payment in full of the OBLIGATIONS.
Term Loan Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (a) the Term Loan Maturity Date and (b) the acceleration of the Term Loans in accordance with the terms hereof.
Extension Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(b).
Programme Effective Date means 5 December 2017.
Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.
Revival means restoring the lapsed or a Reduced Paid-up Policy to an inforce Policy as per the revival conditions mentioned in Part D of the Policy.
Statement of SEN means a statement made under section 324 of the Education Act 1996.
Extension Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.
Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
Reduction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1B.
Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.
Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Grace Period Extension Date means, if:
Outline of coverage means a summary that explains an accident and health insurance policy.
Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).
First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.
Availability Termination Date the earlier of (i) the date that is the seventh anniversary of the Closing Date and (ii) the date on which the Administrative Agent delivers to the Servicer a notice of termination as a result of a Termination Event in accordance herewith (or the date on which such termination becomes effective automatically pursuant to Section 7).
Payment Commencement Date means the date payments of amounts deferred begin pursuant to Article III, Section 6.
Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.
