Regulated Marijuana Business definition

Regulated Marijuana Business means Medical Marijuana Businesses and Retail Marijuana Businesses.
Regulated Marijuana Business means and includes jointly and severally a Medical Marijuana Business and/or a Retail Marijuana Business.
