Registered vessel definition

Registered vessel means a vessel having a registered owner.
Registered vessel means a vessel registered under this title which is entitled to fly the flag of the Federated States of Micronesia.
Registered vessel means a management category of aquatic conveyances required to register as vessels under RCW 88.02.550 or similar requirements for a state other than Washington or a country other than the United States.
