Regional Vessel Register means the vessel register of the IATTC;

  • For the purposes of these procedures, a vessel shall be considered to have the same owner(s) of record where one or more of the legal or natural person (s) or entity/entities indicated on the IATTC Regional Vessel Register or IATTC list of LSTLFVs is the same.
