Regional Prescriptions definition

Regional Prescriptions include silvicultural prescriptions and systems, and protection measures covered by the Codes of Practice, Eco-Field Guides and Integrated Forestry Operations Approvals applying to the Eden region;
Regional Prescriptions include means those prescriptions within the Forest Management Framework that are applicable to Forestry Operations in the Southern region.   • Nonprescription medication means a drug or medication authorized pursuant to federal or state law for general distribution and use without a prescription in the treatment of human disease, ailments, or injuries.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating pharmacy, that provides centralized prescription drug order filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.

  • Nonprescription drugs means nonnarcotic medicines or drugs which may be sold without a prescription and are prepackaged and labeled for use by the consumer in accordance with the requirements of the statutes and regulations of this state and the federal government;

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Prescription device means an instrument, apparatus, implement, machine,

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Region means the Control Areas and Transmission Facilities with respect to which a Party serves as RTO or Reliability Coordinator under NERC policies and procedures.

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.
