Index Cancellation definition

Index Cancellation means in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor in respect of that Index permanently cancels such Index and no Successor Index is designated.

Index Cancellation means, in respect of an Index, that on or prior to any Valuation Date a relevant Sponsor cancels the Index and no Successor Index exists.
