REFERENCES; HEADINGS. The words "hereof," "herein" and "hereunder" and words of similar import when used in this Credit Agreement or in any of the Loan Documents shall refer to this Credit Agreement or such Loan Document as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Credit Agreement or such Loan Document. Section, schedule and exhibit references contained in this Credit Agreement are references to sections, schedules and exhibits in or to this Credit Agreement unless otherwise specified. Any reference in any section or definition to any clause is, unless otherwise specified, to such clause of such section or definition. The various headings in this Credit Agreement and the Loan Documents are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Credit Agreement or such Loan Document or any provision hereof or thereof.
