Redundancy Decision. , in relation to redundancy, means a decision of council, in its capacity as a local government for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993 (Qld), or any other conclusion, determination or decision of the Council, which decision has caused, will cause, or is likely to cause, a position or positions to become redundant.
