Reddy Holdings General Unsecured Claim Settlement Payments means two annual payments, each totaling $150,000, with the first to be made on the first anniversary of the Effective Date and the second payment to be made on the second anniversary of the Effective Date to the holders of Allowed Reddy Holdings General Unsecured Claims, as set forth in greater detail in Article III.D and Article V.E of the Plan.

  • Structured settlement means an arrangement for periodic payment of damages for personal injuries established by settlement or judgment in resolution of a tort claim or for periodic payments in settlement of a workers’ compensation claim.

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Intercompany Claims means, collectively, any Claim held by a Debtor against another Debtor or an Affiliate of a Debtor or any Claim held by an Affiliate of a Debtor against a Debtor.
