Reddy Holdings General Unsecured Claim means any Unsecured Claim against Reddy Holdings, including, but not limited to, a Second Lien Notes Guarantee Deficiency Claim, unless such Claim is: (a) an Administrative Claim, (b) a Priority Tax Claim, (c) a Reddy Holdings Priority Claim, (d) a Claim for Accrued Professional Compensation, (e) a Discount Notes Claim, (f) a Reddy Holdings Unsecured Ongoing Business Operations Claim, or (g) a Reddy Holdings Subordinated 510(b) Claim.
