Recipient Beneficiary definition

Recipient Beneficiary shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.1.1 of this Consortium Agreement relating to the transfer of Materials.
Recipient Beneficiary means a person or persons designated or deemed as such pursuant to Section 6.3(b).
Recipient Beneficiary shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 9.1 of the Consortium Agreement.

  • The Recipient Beneficiary using the Materials shall bear all risk to it and/or any other risks resulting, directly or indirectly, from its use, application, storage or disposal/destruction of the Materials.

Related to Recipient Beneficiary

  • Contingent Beneficiary is the person that becomes the Beneficiary if the named Beneficiary dies prior to the Income Date.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.
