RB Software means those Software modules licensed pursuant to this Schedule which are priced based upon Reported Budget, as indicated in the Software/Services table in the Exhibit(s) to this Schedule.

Examples of RB Software in a sentence

  • Licensee may use the RB Software licensed pursuant to this Schedule in accordance with the terms of this Schedule and the Agreement, to process its data at no additional license fee, provided that the Reported Budget does not exceed _____ $1.9 billion ("Base Budget").

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
