Quoted Fixed Rate definition

Quoted Fixed Rate means a fixed rate of interest quoted by the Swing Line ----------------- Lender to the Borrower, and accepted by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.5(e) to be applicable to a Swing Line Loan as specified by the Borrower for a Quoted Fixed Rate Interest Period.
Quoted Fixed Rate means the fixed interest rate quoted by the Owner in response to a written request by the Charterer substantially in the form attached to Schedule 6.

Examples of Quoted Fixed Rate in a sentence

  • The Swing Line Lender shall promptly furnish the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) with a quotation of the Quoted Fixed Rate being offered with respect to such Swing Line Advance by telephone (promptly confirmed in writing, if requested) or by facsimile transmission.

  • Each Swing Line Borrowing Notice requesting a Quoted Fixed Rate Advance shall be given prior to 12:00 noon (Chicago time) on the Borrowing Date and shall specify the aggregate principal amount of such Advance, the date such Advance is to be made (which shall be a Business Day), and the Interest Period to be applicable to such Advance.

  • The Borrower shall immediately inform the Swing Line Lender (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) of its decision as to whether to accept the Quoted Fixed Rate and to confirm the borrowing of the Swing Line Advance (which may be done by telephone, promptly confirmed in writing, and which decision shall be irrevocable).

  • Under this option, rates may be fixed on such balances and for such periods (each a "Quoted Fixed Rate Period") as may be agreeable to CoBank in its sole discretion in each instance; provided that: (1) rates may not be fixed for periods of less than 180 days; (2) rates may be fixed on balances of $100,000 or multiples thereof; and (3) the maximum number of balances that may be subject to this option at any one time shall be five (5).

  • Under this option, rates may be fixed on such balances and for such periods (each, a “Quoted Fixed Rate Period”), as may be agreeable to CoBank in its sole discretion in each instance, provided that: (1) rates may not be fixed for Quoted Fixed Rate Periods of less than 30 days; (2) rates may only be fixed on balances of $100,000.00 or in multiples thereof; and (3) the maximum number of balances that may be subject to this option at any one time shall be five (5).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, while a Default or Event of Default exists the Company may not fix rates under the Quoted Fixed Rate or LIBOR Options.

Related to Quoted Fixed Rate

  • Quoted Rate means the rate of interest per annum offered by the Swing Line Bank in its sole discretion with respect to a Swing Line Advance.

  • Index Rate means, for any day, a floating rate equal to the higher of (i) the rate publicly quoted from time to time by The Wall Street Journal as the "base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation's 30 largest banks" (or, if The Wall Street Journal ceases quoting a base rate of the type described, the highest per annum rate of interest published by the Federal Reserve Board in Federal Reserve statistical release H.15 (519) entitled "Selected Interest Rates" as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, LIBOR as of that day that would be applicable for a LIBOR Loan having a one-month Interest Period determined at approximately 10:00 a.m. Central time for such day (rather than 11:00 a.m. (London time) two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period as otherwise provided in the definition of “LIBOR”), or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day. The LIBOR Market Index Rate shall be determined on a daily basis.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • LIBOR Quoted Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the quotient of (i) the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a one-month interest period which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the immediately preceding Business Day) divided by (ii) one (1) minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Bank by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Alternative Base Rate means the rate that has replaced LIBOR in customary market usage for determining floating interest rates in respect of bonds denominated in Dollars or, if the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines that there is no such rate, such other rate as the Independent Financial Adviser or the Issuer (in consultation with the Calculation Agent and acting in good faith and a commercially reasonable manner), as applicable, determines in its or the Issuer’s sole discretion is most comparable to LIBOR. If the Alternative Base Rate is determined, such Alternative Base Rate shall be the Alternative Base Rate for the remaining Interest Periods.

  • Adjusted LIBOR means, for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, a rate per annum determined in accordance with the following formula: Adjusted LIBOR = LIBOR

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Administrative Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the greater of:

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • BA Rate means, for the Interest Period of each BA Equivalent Loan, the rate of interest per annum equal to the annual rates applicable to CD$ bankers’ acceptances having an identical or comparable term as the proposed BA Equivalent Loan displayed and identified as such on the display referred to as the “CDOR Page” (or any display substituted therefor) of Xxxxxx Monitor Money Rates Service as at approximately 10:00 A.M. (Toronto time) on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, as of 10:00 A.M. (Toronto time) on the immediately preceding Business Day), plus five (5) basis points; provided that if such rates do not appear on the CDOR Page at such time on such date, the rate for such date will be the annual discount rate (rounded upward to the nearest whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) as of 10:00 A.M. on such day at which a Canadian chartered bank listed on Schedule 1 of the Bank Act (Canada) as selected by the Canadian Agent is then offering to purchase CD$ bankers’ acceptances accepted by it having such specified term (or a term as closely as possible comparable to such specified term), plus five (5) basis points.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.
